Hi, I am Nicolas, electrician and co-owner of Fused Electrical Co. I started my electrical career back in 2002 with ActewAGL. During my 13 years with ActewAGL I got to undertake many electrical roles from working at a residential level all the way up to working on Canberra’s main transmission lines. Once I had left Actewagl I worked for 2 other electrical companies. Both specialised in vastly different fields of electrical work which gave me a fantastic level of skillsets which I can now apply to our business and its customer’s needs.

Fused Electrical Co came about with my brother and I wanting to have something of our own which we could grow and be proud of. Although we are only a relatively new company, the electrical knowledge and experience we both bring to the table enables us to operate at a very high level and in turn our customers can be assured they are getting a quality service from experienced professionals.

In the time the company has been operating we have diversified our services to help our customers in being a one stop shop for all their electrical needs. Recently we completed a certification in Solar and Battery design and installation from the Clean Energy Council of Australia. We both have a passion for sustainable and renewable electrical projects and being able to help the environment while also helping our customers save on their electricity bills has been very rewarding.

Hi I am Andre, I am a qualified electrician and co-owner of Fused Electrical co. I have worked in the electrical industry for almost 13 years. During this time I have been exposed to various areas of electrical work and this has given me a diverse range of electrical knowledge and skills.

I have worked on large commercial projects, new office blocks, shopping centers, homes, townhouses and units including the Canberra Center and the construction of Ikea Canberra. This experience has given me a detailed understanding of how different types of building are put together and services installed. This can be very helpful and time saving when investigating the feasibility of modifications to your home, office or business. I have also spent a lot of my time in emergency, reactive and maintenance work giving me extremely valuable experience with efficient fault finding and remediation . This diversity has given me an extremely strong understanding of how electrical circuits work and this helps me to visualize electrical circuits and fix them promptly.

On the residential side I have worked extensively on home renovation projects and renewable energy . Installing solar power is a very rewarding part of my job as I know my customers are going to save a lot of money and make the world a greener place. Deciding to build a business with my brother was an easy decision as we are both very experienced and motivated.

Between the two of us we have worked on every part of electrical distribution from high voltage interstate power distribution, throught the electrical maze to your home.
